If you like good music then you need to listen to Cassadee Pope’s new EP. If you don’t like good music, then keep listening to your “dope” Mac Miller album. Pope’s EP came out this past week and it is her first album as a solo artist, branching out from her popular band, Hey Monday. We have always been big supporters of Hey Monday here at Substream, but this solo EP took us all by surprise. The songs are extremely well written showcasing the music, lyrics, and vocals in a superb light. We hit her up this past weekend for an interview to find out the details on making this album and what the future has in store. Enjoy.
Substream Music Press: First off, congrats on the release of your first solo EP. I seriously have listened to it about 20 times so far. I think everyone seems to love it. All four of the songs could be radio hits.
Cassadee Pope: Thank you so much! I’m really stoked people are enjoying it. I love every song myself and it’s always scary to see if you’re alone in thinking that way (laughs).
I am making a “campaign” to make a video for Cassadee, showing all that love!
if you‘re a fan of Cassadee or hey monday! and you identify with i told you so .. for all that you left some time, they didn’t believe in you! send me a picture saying how they feel orcass has managed to change that!
with these photos will make a video to show our support for this beautiful little
whether to participate in inbox madenlo to take them into account and then to firstname.lastname@example.org
to the anon asking, cassadee said yesterday on her interview that she did on the alterthepress twitter that she's on both the all time low and yellowcard new albums, so her demo with them made it onto the album. :)
Would you post a link for free download of Cassadee Pope's new EP???
just so everybody is clear:
i am not posting download links for cassadee’s new EP. you can ask all you want, but i will not be providing them. it’s only $4 (which is cheap as HELL) and cassadee is doing this all on her own, so all of the profits go directly to HER. i would like for her to have a successful start.
